Working as part of the Pride Lands team for the past 20 months, I have great insight into the dedication, commitment, and loyalty of my colleagues, lead by company owner and director Moses Ariama. Moses instills in his staff a mindset to be more than just providers of ‘fun’ to our cubs. We aim to prepare our kids for adulthood, through the modelling and teaching of leadership skills, etiquette, creativity, and respect. I have seen first hand the positive impact our programmes have on children, often achieving noticeable growth in only a matter of weeks. I would encourage all parents weighing up childcare providers to search up Pride Land’s facebook page, and view the plethora of video footage that Moses captures of our cubs, as it provides a very real insight into the day-to-day goings of the experience we provide to children who join the Pride Lands whānau.
