Adventure weekend

Pride Escapes Logo

Let’s be honest, every parent could do with a break from their loved ones from time to time. Raising children can be exhausting sometimes and it makes sense for parents/guardians to take a break to rejuvenate and have some time to enjoy life as an adult as well. What better way to do this but by sending them on an adventure weekend where they can play and explore the local region.

Pride Escape Adventure Weekend is an adventure escape designed for young people between the age range 5 – 17 years. The weekend runs from Midday Friday through to Midday Sunday.

Our Adventure Weekend destinations will vary from time to time and the activities that we do at each destination vary based on the season. We design the trips to give the cubs the very best of Pride Lands, with a focus on social development, teamwork, self-organisation, participation, confidence and respect.

We also help them develop a sense of responsibility and discipline and we do heaps of structured physical activity to keep them fit and healthy over the weekend.

The kids help to make many of the great nutritious meals, and we all eat together. Food, accommodation, transport and supervision are all included in the package.

If your child requires extra support during our Adventure Weekends, we can provide additional, dedicated, one-on-one mentoring for them. See our fees page for the cost.

Our Pride Escape is MSD approved and WINZ subsidised.

Places available on each Adventure Weekend Pride Escape are limited, and they fill up quickly, so book early to avoid missing out.
