I have worked for Pride Lands for just under a year now, and there is no one word that can best describe them. A long list is needed to get even the closest idea. Pride Lands is a heart warming, caring, inviting, creative, innovative, compassionate, prideful, loving, opportunity filled childcare programme that does more than just care for kids. These are just a few of the traits displayed daily by staff and children. Working for Pride Lands has not only opened up a gateway of opportunity for myself, but for each individual I have had the privilege of meeting through the programme.
